The Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nevada, is owned by Caesars Palace and named after the city of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. The Rio’s management was looking for a distinctive environment for its pool area. Mark Mackay, an Alexander & Associates represented artist, was commissioned  to develop this unique centerpiece for one of The Rio Hotel Las Vegas world-class pools.
